In July of 2010, Mr. Kestnbaum won a bench trial on behalf of a condominium association in a breach of contract dispute with a unit owner. In August of 2010, Mr. Kestnbaum obtained a bench trial verdict in favor of a contractor in a construction dispute with an owner. In May of 2011, Mr. Kestnbaum secured a bench trial verdict in favor of a landlord in a breach of contract dispute and counterclaim. In August of 2011, Mr. Kestnbaum obtained a bench trial verdict in favor of a property owner in a breach of contract dispute. In September of 2011, Mr. Kestnbaum won a summary judgment motion on behalf of two construction companies involving a personal injury claim.
